Sandra:        What’s your favourite book?

Claire:          Barbara Kingsolver, The Poisonwood Bible.

Sandra:          Best movie you’ve seen this year.

Claire:          I haven’t seen any.

Sandra:          Your pet hate.

Claire:          Perfectionists.

Sandra:          A treasured moment.

Claire:          Watching my son get his first century in cricket.

Sandra:          Great. What time do you get up in the morning?

Claire:          About 6:00-ish.

Sandra:          What time do you go to bed at night?

Claire:          I like to be in bed by 9:30, but sometimes it’s 10:00.

Sandra:          Do you drink alcohol through the week?

Claire:          Never.

Sandra:          What’s your favourite drink when you do?

Claire:          When I do have a drink, it’s usually a champagne.

Sandra:          Nice. What excuse … Sorry.

Claire:          We can cut that.

Sandra:          What exercise do you do?

Claire:          Mostly walking. I do a little bit of meditation, although that’s not really a exercise as such and I love yoga as well.

Sandra:          Are you a spiritual person?

Claire:          Very much so.

Sandra:          What’s your favourite food?

Claire:          I like curries.

Sandra:          Favourite country to visit.

Claire:          It would have to France.

Sandra:          Do you have a favourite quote?

Claire:          I don’t.

Sandra:          If you had to come back as an animal, what would it be?

Claire:          It would be my dog. He’s so pampered.

Sandra:          Do you meditate.

Claire:          Every day, if I can possibly fit it in. I’ll always meditate, so that’s something I try to do as a daily practice.

Sandra:          Fabulous.
