Sandra: So, Hannah, rapid-fire question time. It’s my favourite part. You ready?
Hannah: Yes.
Sandra: Ready, set, go. What’s your favourite book?
Hannah: I’ve just wanted to start “The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck.” Excuse the French.
Sandra: Yes. Best movie you’ve ever seen this year?
Hannah: Oh, this year, I can’t think, but my all-time favourite movie would be “Sex in the City.”
Sandra: Your pet hate?
Hannah: Pet hate is dirty dishes in the sink.
Sandra: A treasured moment?
Hannah: My engagement, quite a surprise on my 30th, so.
Sandra: Lovely. What time do you get up in the morning?
Hannah: 5:15 to 5:30.
Sandra: Did you do that before you started mentoring with Sandra?
Hannah: Kind of, but not consistently.
Sandra: What time do you go to bed at night?
Hannah: I go to bed 8:30, lights out by 9:00.
Sandra: Do you drink alcohol through the week?
Hannah: No.
Sandra: What’s your favourite drink when you do?
Hannah: Red wine, always.
Sandra: What exercise do you do?
Hannah: I do F45 and I’ve also just started back at Big Career Girl.
Sandra: What’s F45?
Hannah: F45, functional 45 minute sessions, HIIT exercises, weights, cardio.
Sandra: Cool. Favourite food?
Hannah: Favourite food would have to be Italian, would have to pizza, pasta.
Sandra: All the wrong things. Are you a spiritual person at all?
Hannah: I never used to think so, but now, yes, definitely.
Sandra: Beautiful, and your favourite country to visit?
Hannah: France.
Sandra: Do you have a favourite?
Hannah: South, North, doesn’t matter.
Sandra: Beautiful. Do you have a favourite quote?
Hannah: Favourite quote would be, “How you start the day sets the tone for the day.”
Sandra: If you had to come back as an animal what would it be?
Hannah: Maybe a horse. I have no idea. A flamingo.
Sandra: Do you meditate?
Hannah: Yes, I do.
Sandra: Beautiful.
Hannah: Animal?
